Requests for the recipes from our first summer event held at Grow Benzie in 2010 sparked the idea to produce a Grow Benzie Cookbook. To round out our offerings we settled on “Seasonal Harvest Recipes”, featuring recipes from great Benzie cooks that highlight the very best in local foods, eating by the seasons. We also included favorite recipes from each of the Benzie County restaurants who wished to contribute. Whether you visited last summer, live here now, or hope to visit in the future, these 150 recipes are bound to remind you of Benzie County’s terrific produce and wonderful places to experience.
