Join Instructor Christina Ryan-Stolz in a fun, informative 45 minute class on how to pickle asparagus. Come prepared to spend about 20 minutes shopping the farmers market after class while your jar (yes! you get to take home a jar of pickled asparagus!) cools. $7 per person includes one jar of pickled asparagus. The class will take place in the Studio House Kitchen as the Incubator Kitchen will be occupied by the Cooking Fresh classes. Note: this class will end in time for interested people to attend the 5:30pm Cooking Fresh class. All are welcome!
