This one day festival celebrates the cultural connections Louisiana and Michigan share through music, food, and community leisure. Blues & zydeco musicians from Louisiana and Michigan will play throughout the day, while local ingredients including fresh veggies, chicken and andouille will be featured in a Louisiana gumbo for the masses along with plenty of other great cajun cookin’. There will be food vendors, a beer/wine/mead garden, cooking demonstrations, and a TEEN ONLY Silent Disco Tent Party.
All funds raised will benefit Grow Benzie’s community center and farmstead.
