Sue Kurta, owner and cheesemaker at Boss Mouse Cheese, will be teaching a class to make two fresh cheeses: farmer’s cheese and fresh mozzarella. Both of these cheeses are quick and simple to make, with easy to find, inexpensive ingredients. This two hour class will include hands-on instruction as we prepare these cheeses, as well as a lot of information and history about the craft of cheese making.
This class is great for all ages!
