Community Dinner: Protecting Our Waters

What?

Meals are made from scratch and guest speakers lead the friendly conversation and idea exchange with attendees. “Protecting Our Waters” will focus on efforts from local organizations dedicated to protecting local watersheds. A panel will feature representatives from the Platte Watershed Initiative, the Herring Lake Watershed and the Betsie Watershed Planning Board. The discussion will be facilitated by John Ransom, Conservation Specialist with the Benzie Conservation District.
