Community Dinner: State of the Small Farms & Movie

What?
Grow Benzie and Northern Michigan Culinary Arts Community host bi-weekly dinner discussions through the winter. Paul May (May Farm, Frankfort) and Bernie Ware (Ware Farm, Bear Lake) will share success stories and struggles from farmers throughout the region. Immediately following the presentation, there will be a free screening of the documentary film “In Defense of Food” based on the #1 New York Times bestselling book of the same name by author Michael Pollan. Sponsored by NW Michigan Food & Farming Network.
