“Hello fellow Earthlings, my name is Chris Schnepf and I ferment things for my job, for my health, and for other’s overall well-being. I came to a breaking point in my life a year or two ago; where I made the conscious decision to change my diet, lifestyle, and state of mind to begin healing the root causes of some issues I deal with personally; versus constantly trying to treat the symptoms. Some mental, some physical, some exterior, some internal. This is where fermented beverages and foods became a huge part of my life. I now have a strong sense in life to educate/help grow consciousness on the health of our bodies, minds, and spirits through fermentation.”
