Grow Benzie Farmers Market opens for its second year Wednesday, June 15 with new hours.  To better accommodate requests from customers, the new hours are from 9 a.m to 1 p.m.  Plans are for the market to remain open until mid September.

“Supporting local Farmers Markets is a win, win situation for all involved”, commented Deb Query, Director of Grow Benzie.  “Customers receive the freshest produce which lasts longer and retains more nutrients, local farmers are supported, and the economy is strengthened with funds staying directly in the local community.  We hope to see many folks on opening day, and welcome both returning vendors and new ones.”
