What?
Fermenting foods and drinks- sauerkraut, kimchi, kombucha, beer... it's not rocket science. Naturally fermented foods provide probiotics, designed by nature to enhance your internal flora and fauna. Join your neighbors for a potluck discussion and recipe exchange as we learn about the world of fermentation. 

Chris Schnepf, full-time brewer @Stormcloud Brewing Company will be hosting the discussion along with other special guests. Here's a greeting from him-
"Hello fellow Earthlings, my name is Chris Schnepf and I ferment things for my job, for my health, and for other’s overall well-being. I came to a breaking point in my life a year or two ago; where I made the conscious decision to change my diet, lifestyle, and state of mind to begin healing the root causes of some issues I deal with personally; versus constantly trying to treat the symptoms. Some mental, some physical, some exterior, some internal. This is where fermented beverages and foods became a huge part of my life. I now have a strong sense in life to educate/help grow consciousness on the health of our bodies, minds, and spirits through fermentation."
