Grow Benzie hosts weekly potlucks on Tuesday evenings throughout the winter & spring- some nights have topics led by an individual and some are panel discussions. Grow Benzie Farm Series: Building Healthy Soil. This is the second of a series where attendees will learn to increase nutrient density in your food, improve quality and yield, companion planting, space layout & planning, and key soil amendments. Presented by Craig Schaaf of Golden Rule Farm. This is a potluck meeting, attendees are encouraged (not required) to bring a dish to pass.
