Walk-in Make ‘n Take and Tour of the Fibershed
Join us to tour the Fibershed and make something from discarded items. Choose from t-shirt strip weaving (coaster or driftwood hanging), pin cushion in a cup with wool sweater scraps, or felt pan/bowl protectors – plain and simple or fully embellished!
WHY:
As part of the Smithsonian’s Museum on Main Street’s Spark! Places of innovation exhibit and event, we’re offering this opportunity for you to see and participate in the Fibershed’s incredible repurposing, reusing, and upcycling activities.
