WHAT?
A Change of Seasons Sound Bath Meditation Fundraising Event! Celebrate the Autumnal Equinox and the change of seasons with a meditative sound bath. We'll begin with a guided meditation to open all the senses, making ready to accept the changes ahead then relax into a sound bath created with quartz singing bowls and other instruments.

WHY?
Raise money for Grow Benzie to continue its programs benefitting Benzie County.

WHEN?
Saturday, September 23 at 6:30-7:30pm

WHO?
This sound bath meditation is for participants at least 10 years alive. Space is limited to 30 participants. Please bring a mat, pillows or cushions, and a blanket or two, whatever you need to become as comfortable as possible either sitting or laying down.
