Growth Manager
Jackie Luedtke Borozan is a dynamic community-driven professional adept at merging education with service and fostering meaningful volunteer experiences. With impactful roles at organizations like Girl Scouts Heart of Michigan and the American Red Cross, she excels in mobilizing volunteers and building resilient communities. Armed with degrees in Organizational Communication, Social Work, and a Master's in Higher Education Administration, she specializes in leadership development and community engagement, leaving a lasting impact wherever she goes.

Jessica Gilbert
Campus Manager
Jessica brings 28 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with both a wealth of knowledge and passion for customer service. In her role at Grow Benzie, Jessica facilitates and maintains the 4-acre campus for various community and private events and meetings. She is dedicated to creating a collaborative and innovative environment on the Grow Benzie Campus for local entrepreneurs, community members, and leaders. In the summer months, she splits her time as Campus Manager with one of Grow Benzies Incubator Kitchen tenants and friends, Off the Hook Tacos.

Josh Stoltz
Executive Director
After spending 10 years managing his own group of marketing and sales companies throughout Arizona and Florida, he moved back to work in the nonprofit sector in the community that raised him. Josh was the recipient of the Mandela Washington Fellowship Reciprocal Exchange program, spending time in Mozambique studying food systems; and was also awarded the Changemaker Fellowship by Rotary Charities of Traverse City where he studied System Change in England and Russia with Forum for the Future.
